The parent/guardian, if the pupil is under 18.
1.2. It is the responsibility of the pupil or parent/guardian to ensure that the contact information provided on the registration form is accurate and up to date. To amend your details, please contact the school at your earliest convenience.
2. Fees and Payment Terms
2.1. Fees are payable in full prior to the start of each term, regardless of attendance, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the Principal of the school.
2.2. All payments must be made via our Class4Kids booking system or BACS (Bank Transfer). This ensures administrative efficiency and timely class commencement.
2.3. If payment is not received before the first day of term, a £25 late payment fee will be charged to cover administrative costs.
2.4. New pupils are welcome to take a trial session at any point during a term. Should they choose to join, the remaining term’s fees must be paid in full before attending the next session.
2.5. There are no refunds for pupil absences. However, pupils may attend a makeup class at another venue of their choice, subject to availability.
2.6. In the case of long-term illness or injury, a refund may be considered at the discretion of the Principal. This does not apply to minor illnesses, COVID-19 isolation, or holidays taken during term time.
2.7. If classes are suspended due to COVID-19 or similar circumstances, replacement sessions will be held online (via Zoom) at the scheduled class times until in-person sessions can resume.
2.8. Northern Lights Drama School reserves the right to alter or amend the advertised class programme due to staff illness or other circumstances beyond its control.
2.9. If a pupil is removed from a class due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, no refund will be issued.
3. Payment Instructions and Currency

3.3. Northern Lights Drama School accepts no liability for payments sent to the wrong account due to incorrect details provided by the payer.
3.4. Once payment has been received and verified, it cannot be cancelled.
